I wanted to give you a big THANK YOU on behalf of my whole family for the love and support we felt from you and your staff in taking great care with first my brother, Mark "Joe" Freeman who passed away on May 25th 2017, and recently our sister, Ann Elizabeth Freeman who passed away September 25th 2020. You made us feel like family and we truly felt the warmth and caring and compassion you showed our family at such awful times. My husband passed away at home in Gold Canyon. He had agreed to body donation to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. as he was one of their transplant patients. We only had 24/48 hours to get his body there. Two wonderful men respectfully removed his body from our home. I was kept informed exactly what went on. From the time his body was sent to the airport and arrived in Rochester. I received many calls during the day assuring me he would be there in time. Their communication, with me, kept me at ease knowing his final wish was carried out.

Christina is amazing! She was so helpful, incredibly understanding, and flexible. She was able to help us decide what was best for our family, and she managed to streamline the paperwork and permits so we were able to return home with our loved one promptly. During such a difficult time it was an incredible relief to know that someone who truly cares was handling it. Details were handled with such respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time.

We lost our unborn son in December, and Christina made the incredibly painful process as easy as possible for us. I truly think that we ended up at At Season's End for a reason. There was no way that I could possibly go through the process without guidance, and with their infant package, I didn't have to do much other than hand over my baby and sign the papers. This is not something you expect or ever plan for, so knowing that everything would be taken care of was a small comfort. The infant cremation included an adorable urn, which was perfect, as there was no way that I could pick that out myself. She treated us with the absolute best care possible, and truly felt that her main concern was taking the best care of my son and I. As much as you never want to think about something like this, I will always recommend Christina and At Season's End to anyone looking for the best last care that your loved one will receive.
